I have a lovely double bedroom to rent out in my home overlooking fields in a peaceful location with parking. I’m ideally looking for a professional person who will enjoy living in my home and maybe enjoy the odd glass of wine with me.

I have the friendliest cat ever called Freddie, who you’ll fall in love with! So I’m looking for an animal lover 😍🐈‍⬛

I’m a professional and work from home most of the time.

The bed is an ottoman with a 7-zone sport recovery mattress and there are 2 wardrobes plus a tall boy set of drawers so plenty of storage.
The room looks out onto open fields which often have horses in. I have an en-suite so the main bathroom with shower and bath is yours to use.

The kitchen/diner has a dishwasher and I have a really cosy large lounge. Garden is south facing & perfect for catching the summer sun. Internet is 100mb fibre optic and very reliable.

All bills are included and I have a garage which can be used for bike storage.

Location: just off J3 of the M42 my home is ideally located for the motorway network (M40, M5, M6). Wythall train station is just a 12 min walk away with trains to Birmingham and Stratford. Whitlocks End station is only a 6 min drive, has free parking and many more train options. Solihull, Redditch & Bromsgrove are all a 15 min drive. Location is also ideal for anyone working at Phoenix Insurance.

References and a tenant affordability credit check will be required. I will arrange a lodgers Licensee agreement and put your deposit in the deposit protection scheme.

Happy to look at getting a cleaner every 2 weeks and sharing the cost.

I’m flexible with the availability date and would also consider Mon-Fri use.
