The Studio

We are looking to rent a studio room to a compatible single professional from mid-April. The inital rental period is for six months with an option to renew. The room is en-suite, has underfloor heating, stone floors, lots of storage, and is airy and light. It is presented to a high standard and we expect any lodger to respect this, be tidy, and maintain it accordingly. The property is convenient for Rolls Royce &Goodwood.
The room is let furnished with a king-sized bed, a wall mounted smart TV, fridge & microwave, excellent wi-fi and a small terrace in front. It has its own entrance and one car parking space is available in the driveway. There is a large garden area and in the main house there is a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Electricity, and council tax is included, but the studio is on a separate gas supply which is not included in the rent. The area is very quiet and would suit someone who prefers a quiet location after a long day's work.
Quick access to both A29 & A27, short drive to either Chichester or Bognor Regis
