The back garden is half covered and yet really warm in the summer with access to shed.
I am easy going, and pretty laid back, I do not ask for much here but company and someone to make use of my spare bedroom. I do enjoy a quiet night after a busy day out gallivanting dog walking and training other dogs for a living, otherwise up for going out in town.
There is a resident dog in the home, so you will need to be good or have an understanding of dogs.
