We are a young professional couple looking to rent our spare room.

We have recently moved from London and purchased a stunning new-build house in January. We have been renting out our spare room in London for the last 10 years and know how daunting and time wasting this journey can be, so rest assured, we're completely understanding and know exactly what it's like.

Yes this is the higher end of the budget, however, the room, the house and the estate sells itself, it's a lovely place to live. So if you would like a beautiful, normal place to live with 2 normal people, please reach out.

Everything is brand new and we have a beautiful home. The double room is spacious, we've got the super fast broadband, great wifi, bills are all included and a cleaner that comes every other week, everything is considered. Space on the driveway and a double garage should you need surplus storage space.

Barnham is one train stop to Horsham, Chichester or Ford. Or two train stops to Littlehampton, Arundel or Bognor Regis (I think..! But basically excellent train links in every direction). There is a bus stop directly outside the development as well as excellent links up onto the A27.

There is a Tesco Express, Coop and local shops all within a 5 minute walk
