Our furnished self contained guest suite is available from mid/end August for stays of 1 - 5 months max for single occupancy. Loads of 'own space' it comprises a Bedroom with KS double bed, open plan Living/Dining Room incorporating a fold away Kitchen with small Fridge/Freezer, Sink, Hob and Combo Microwave. The suite doesn't have a washing machine, but there is a reasonably priced, serviced Laundry shop close-by with a 24/48 hour turn-round, a Launderette at Selsey or a Chichester based 'Home Laundry' delivery service. The suite also has its own Shower Room and small Patio area. The suite is bright and airy, fully furnished with comfortable lounge seating, TV and WIFI. The contract is on a mutual agreement, rolling calendar month ‘Holiday Rental' basis with a maximum stay of 5 months. The rent is £625 per month, which includes bills.
We are located at Birdham, just a few miles south of Chichester (3.5 miles) a similar distance from the Beaches at West Wittering and just a short stroll/cycle from Chichester Harbour and the Salterns Way Cycle route into Chichester. Viewing from early August.
