About me: My name is Muhammad Umer, i am 25 and I am currently living in the apartment but i have one extra double room suitable for any individual or a couple.

About the apartment: 2 bedroom, one living room, kitchen, toilet/bath, two storage area.

Room: Double room, available from this date(25-10-20) on wards. It has one double bed with mattress, one recliner and footrest, one storage drawers, study table, side lamps, study chair, as shown in picture.

What is included?
All bills, Fastest TalkTalk Broadband with up to 90 MB speed.

I am looking for a friendly, educated and fun flatmate who will take good care of apartment. You are going to share the whole apartment with one just me and i am hardly at home. Mostly busy with work or university in Bournemouth.

Living room: it has 3 seat sofa, with one recliner in the living room, it also has a table and two chairs for you to have dinner on. Rest is shown in the pictures.

Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, electric cooker, washing machine and soon a stove, which you will be most welcome to use if you clean after using it.

Neighborhood: It is a lovely place on VICTORIA DRIVE which is 5 minutes away from BOGNOR REGIS station, 10 minutes from town center and 13 minutes from Seaside.

Preferences: I have no issues with single guy or couples, as i respect their privacy and expect the same. I have no gender preference. I don't have issues with dogs in my apartment as long as you clean their mess. This is a strictly non-smoking zone so, lets get that cleared out.

I am obsessed with keeping the place clean, so if you are the same, you are most welcome.
