I have one spare double-room that is to available to rent near the Bognor Regis school. The two live-in landlords are 31 year-old brothers who keep themselves to themselves. All bills are inclusive, fibre optic is available and there are shared bathroom and kitchen areas. The house has plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy yourself, and the walls/doors offer great soundproofing. There is a lounge freely available to sit in.
The other housemates are a couple who are 32-36 years old and a 26 year old man. The couple enjoy a room with an en-suite, so having access to the bathroom won't be too difficult!
No smoking is permitted inside the house, but a large patio and garden offers a space to smoke.
