You’ll easily get in and out of Bognor Regis with the train station only a stone’s throw away from the property, and you can get around Bognor Regis as well with buses running just around the corner. But everything is within close distance, even the sandy beach is within walking distance.

All the room are spacious, and some of the rooms resemble small flats where there’s space enough for all your stuff. The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If you require more furniture, the rooms invite you to add a few pieces as well.

You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, toilets and shower room with 4 other tenants. A fortnightly cleaner helps you keep the communal areas clean.

You enter the property from the back and up a flight of steps to a large balcony where our tenants like to socialise and catch the sun. The balcony is also convenient to dry your clothes outside.
