You will be having a private bathroom and toilet. Room will have a bed, a wardrobe, 2 bedside drawer, an arm chair, a work desk & chair and coat stand. The entire house, living room, garden will be shared between you and the landlord.

I am the live-in landlord. I have a pet dog, a cockerpoo. He stays downstairs and only barks if someone is at the door. He had a slipped disc surgery last year and needs to be looked after to make sure he doesn't get too excited. Though he is friendly and playful.
