Large Double Room in Broadbridge Heath

Large double room in Broadbridge Heath in large 2 bedroom ground floor flat, all utilities/council tax inc.

Unfortunately my current flatmate is heading back to Australia in mid March, so the room will be available from then. Ideally I'm looking for somebody around my own age (no couples, sorry).

About the room - Bedroom is furnished, bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, shelves, and with a large built in wardrobe. Take a look through the photos. Furniture can be moved though if you have your own you would like to bring with you. Comes with a smart led light, app and alexa controlled.

Living room is comfy and has a large corner sofa.

Kitchen is a good size and has a large fridge freezer, gas oven and hob. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Seperate toilet/shower and bathrooms - 1 room toilet, 1 room bath/shower.

Plenty of storage space throughout and a few built in internal cupboards

The flat is generally pretty well presented throughout and quite nice.

All utilities included.

Theres a big communal garden out back, I have a pub bench outside and a shed (but this is pretty full up)

Fast unlimited Internet and currently a couple of streaming services on a new 52inch TV.

Parking is free on the road outside, no permits etc.

Dogs might be possible, but no other pets sorry.

Im self employed and work normal hours, pretty easy going and sociable, if I'm not at work I'm often out with the dog, mountain biking, or fixing my car 🙃. I live with my 1 year old lurcher puppy Kevin, whilst he's pretty lazy a lot of the time he is still a bouncy puppy, so you need to be happy with dogs :)
