Lovely, large bright & airy room with separate en-suite bathroom (sole use ) available from end of August.
Simply furnished with double bed, drawers, hanging rail, table & desk. The room is the entire top floor ( attic ) in my home.
I am an Art & Textiles teacher in a local school.
I’m looking for someone who is creative, tidy, respectful & sociable but needs their own privacy too. You will also be happy with occasional groups in the house as I run creative workshops in my garden studio & take part in the Worthing Artists Open houses during the summer.
There is a large kitchen , lovely garden and a living room for your use as well as a washing machine.
I’m sorry but it’s not possible for you to bring your own furniture or have pets.
Ideally looking for 12 months minimum but for the right person this can definitely be negotiated.
The rent is £800 inc all bills per calendar month with a deposit.

Non smokers preferred but Smoking is permitted in the garden.
