Looking for friendly lodger for our friendly home

I am a professional person working very full time, with one adult son at home having graduated, is looking for work and the other still at University. We also have a sweet elderly rescue cat called Garfield. We are a very happy laid back bunch and don't take life too seriously.

We are located close to the Broadwater shops, within easy walk of local buses and Worthing train station and the town centre. There is free on street parking and a large shed out back for storage of things and bikes.
The room is a large double roof room, very quiet and private. There is a shared family bathroom with decent shower. Downstairs we have a very large kitchen with all imaginable appliances and you will have your own cupboards, fridge and mini freezer. I work from home in the dining room. We have a downstairs loo and utility room leading to the back garden which is about 80 foot long including 2 patios which you are welcome to use/enjoy plant things in. I am a keen but lazy gardener!
Most of my lodgers have lived with me for long periods, 3 years, 4.5 years, 7 years so we are very used to getting along with people and are quite considerate! Ideally I would like someone who doesn't want wild parties, no drugs, obviously loves cats, and is mindful of leaving shared spaces clean and tidy 🙂.
