We have a superb double room in our spacious country house in a peaceful semi-rural setting, just
outside Horsham.
The room price includes your own exclusive use of a large, well appointed lounge, which is adjacent
to your bedroom. A good sized shared bathroom (complete with walk-in shower and roll top bath),
and a well-facilitated country style kitchen are also located neighbouring the room, resembling an
‘annex’ feel to the set up.
This is very homely house with a friendly atmosphere, with good facilities. We are surrounded by
woodland and countryside, yet are close to Horsham (under 10 minutes by car), Christ’s Hospital,
Gatwick Airport, Billingshurst, and Southwater. The house also has good access to the South Downs
National Park, Brighton and the beautiful Sussex coastline.
We have plenty of space for free off-street parking on a large driveway.
The house benefits from a large garden and patio area – great for entertaining or relaxing.
You will be sharing this fantastic house with myself, a female live-in landlord, and my mature well mannered 16 year old son, and also Rosie, our friendly dog, there are two lodgers that are very quiet, keep themselves to themselves.
There are no extra fees or other cost/hassle dealing with agents ― you will get a personal and quality service from your live in landlord. The house is fully maintained and all your needs are taken
care of quickly and efficiently.
