The house and area
Two Large, bright, and airy double rooms available to rent. Situated in a very quiet and peaceful area of Burgess hill.
The home is a quiet and relaxing place to live and is just a 15 minute walk from town and station perfect for a local worker or someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of London or Brighton. It is close to the countryside but also a short walk from pub and local shops.

Ideally would suit a working professional who seeks peaceful, safe and quiet environment. My husband and I are friendly working professionals and would like to seek a roommate that's clean, tidy, and able to clean up after themselves.

We work predominantly office 9-5 hours and ideally, we are only looking for a similar house sharer.

Your Room
Bedroom is furnished but can remove items to suit what you want to move in. Your bedroom will be lockable. Both bedrooms have brand new carpets laid a couple of weeks ago.

Update: furnished with desk and chair, bed and mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Shared use
Shared kitchen (Own cupboard space for your food and kitchen belongings).
Shared utility room (Use of washing machine and fridge space).
Shared bathroom (bath and shower available – shared with the other housemate as we have an en-suite, see pictures)
Shared WC downstairs (2nd toilet)

Gatwick 25 minutes away.
Brighton 15 (by train)
London 1 hour (train under an hour)
15 minutes walk to Burgess Hill. 5 minutes walk to town centre and Waitrose
0.5 miles from Burgess hill station (14 mins)
0.5 miles from town centre (15 mins)
Very close to nature for exercise

Parking
Parking space available for one car, and ample street parking.

Utilities
Internet, gas, water and electricity included to keep things easy (fair usage applies).
Depending on the two rooms being rented out, happy to arrange for cleaner on a biweekly basis.

Would need to see proof of working occupation, credit checks may be undertaken and references are essential.
