Double room available for rent

I have a decent size double bedroom, fully furnished available for rent as from the middle of Feb. The current tenant is moving to Brighton hence the room becoming available. Im looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy and works full time. The accommodation is a 3 bed terraced house with a large driveway and short walking distance to main line train stations. We have a cleaner twice a month, all bills and broadband included. I have a dog so must be ok with them and the lounge and kitchen is shared. I have attached some photos but the garden has been done since so a lot more pleasant and the bedroom available was previously a dressing room. Cant currently take photos as it is occupied but you can get the idea of size and layout.
