My friend is moving out in July and i am looking for someone to sign on the tenancy via the letting agent and occupy her room. It's a big sunny room, with built in wardrobe. The flat is very light and spacious, and has a big living room, with balcony, modern kitchen and bathroom with lots of storage. I currently occupy the smaller room but i am happy to switch if preferred, this would be approx 625pcm. We currently put the money into a joint account and that covers rent and utilities etc.
I'm quite chilled, and (pre covid) go to a lot of gigs in my free time. I also enjoy cooking, binging Netflix, and going on long walks. Would love to have someone social to chill with, however i am happy hanging in my room too. I currently work from home (on a desk in the living room).
