I am renting out a spacious, large double room in a newly built 2 bed apartment (top floor) in Burgess Hill. Council tax Band C. A short 10-15 minute walk to Wivelsfield station, 10 minute walk to Lidl or Co-Op and 20 minute walk into town. Comes with plenty of parking (there is a parking space that is available if I am not home, but plenty on the road or there are guest spaces). The room is unfurnished but does currently have a sofa bed in the room if you would like it. The flat has a large bathroom, with a bath and overhead sink, plenty of storage space and an open planned kitchen/living area with a large balcony also. I am in London for work 3 days a week and work from home Monday and Friday, usually out socialising at the weekend but do also enjoy an evening in watching a movie or a good series.
