The house has exceptional facilities and it complies with all legal requirements for our safety and comfort. Shared kitchen and various living spaces, all designed to make communal living as pleasant as possible.

Kitchen facilities include 2 large fridge/freezers, 2 washing machines and double oven. The house has a water softener, which has enormous benefits for health, minimising cleaning, etc.

All bills and high speed broadband included.

Very clean and quiet household. Friendly, relaxed environment.

We are very conscientious landlords, father and daughter, and appreciate what tenants need for a relaxed and happy life. We are looking for tidy, clean living, non smoking, working professionals (including Rolls Royce interns, for whom this house is very convenient and popular). Essential to have respect/awareness for others in the house re noise, cleanliness of communal areas etc. We care very much about having a nice home to live in and are looking for like minded tenants!

Unfortunately this accommodation is not suitable for couples.
