I’m looking for a student or professional to share a calm and peaceful flat with me and my cat. I live in a non-smoking property in a quiet residential area 14 minutes walk to St. Richards Hospital, 19 minutes walk to Chichester University and 12 minutes walk to the Market Cross in the centre of Chichester.

My ideal guest will be a non-smoker, who is content in a clean, tidy and relaxed home without lots of drama! It would be lovely to have someone who would share the living room for a cuppa and natter after work sometimes.

I work full time (currently from home) and have lots of family and outside interests so have busy evenings out of the property.

I am offering a light and airy double room with double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and desk.

The property comprises: two bedrooms, shared bathroom, lounge, kitchen and balcony. Outside are shared, beautifully maintained, communal gardens and off street parking (permit provided). Fibre broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

My preferred method of communication is via email or text; I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers.
