The house is also within 5 minutes walk from Fishbourne train station. The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and will be furnished with a bed and new mattress, 2 chest of drawers and a clothes rail. There is space for some additional furniture like a TV. The house feels spacious with an open plan style and has a large modern kitchen which is great if you're into cooking up a storm. There is plenty of parking to the opposite of the house.
