Big double bedroom available with the main bathroom being solely yours as second bedroom has en-suite.

Need furniture for your own bedroom.
Parking available on street 2 streets away. 3/4 minute walk.

Prefer female due to cleanliness/no drama. I’m chilled out, very tidy, easy to get on with.

Bills split between us. I’ve been living at the property with another flatmate for 12 months already who is moving on to buy their own house.
Monthly amount comes usually to around £650 for everything (dependent on electricity usage may vary).
