Room To Rent, Small But Can Fit A Double Bed

Single room but can fit a double bed with minimum room left, 10 minit walk to the town but buses are every half hour, train station in town, local shops, post office, lovely quiet area, we are a small family, theirs me, 39 year old women, and my 11 year old son, 1 dog and 2 cats, were are very laid back and come and go all the time, im looking for a fun laid back person to rent the room and if it suits you then be part of are home, but happy if your a keep yourself to yourself kinda person, iv given up smoking but not fused if you smoke outside or in your room on the odd occation if its raining buckets, happy for you to have guest or friends in or to stay! Aslong as they airnt disrispectful in anyway to my house, son or pets, all bills included but you do your own food, my house is lived in so im no sargent major about a bit of mess but please tidy up after yourself, i do have a child coming into teenage years so if you hate youngsters then this home is not for you, i have a big back garden you can sit in with your friends, i just ask for noise levels to be kept at a good level for the neighbours, please ask if you need to know anything else or would like to change anythig, im flexable
