LOCATION - The house is central Chichester in the Whyke area which is popular with students being on the bus route, and is only 10 mins walk to the train & bus stations, and the town centre. It’s 15-20 mins walk to Chichester University & St Richards Hospital. Near the house there is a park, 2 corner shops & 2 takeaways, all 1 min walk from the house. There is free road parking & the driveway is also available atm. The A27 is also very easy to get to from the house if you need to travel by car.

BEDROOMS - fully furnished bedrooms include -
wardrobe, chests of drawers, desk with shelves, study chair. The 2 single rooms have single beds & the 3 double rooms have small double beds. The rooms and furniture are white with oak laminate flooring. Each room has a thermostatically controlled radiator, so you can adjust the room temperature to your liking. There are new A grade double glazed Windows as well.
