I live in the property with 2 cats. The entire property is clean and tidy. There is shared use of the kitchen, utility, bathroom and lounge and garden. You must be efficient at cleaning up after yourself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bathroom has a shower, no bath.
The lounge is comfortable with TV for watching films.
The garden is well maintained, with pizza oven, sofa seating and garden dining.
I work full time, often from home.
Most bills are included.
I am looking for someone who is respectful and trustworthy. They should be in full time work or education. No home workers due to my work being highly confidential. No shift workers.
The property is walking distance to all amenities, including the town centre (15 minutes), local shops (5 minutes), Chichester College (15/20 minutes), Chichester Festival theatre (15 minutes) and St Richards Hospital (25 minutes). It is also on a bus route that goes into town.
