Opportunity for one new female housemate to join continuing housemates for the remainder of this academic year. You would be replacing a housemate that has decided to leave university. There would be an option to also continue at the property for academic year 25/26, along with the other girls, who have already agreed to stay for a further academic year.

In the sought after Summersdale area – this lovely four-person house share is a 20-minute walk from Chichester Campus. Close to the town centre, but also with easy access to lovely country walks, green spaces and cycle routes. A bus service from Winterbourne Road is also available to help you make connections to Bognor Campus and the train station.

This comfortable, modern home has lots of shared living space. There is a large lounge, ideal for movie nights and entertaining. There is also a dining area in the kitchen.

The room becoming available is a furnished single. The bedroom benefits from a huge amount of fitted storage, so although the floor area is not huge, there is still a very good amount of useable space.
There is a private garden to the rear, ideal for summer BBQs. There is plenty of parking on street close to the house, with no permits needed.

The shared bathroom has both a bath and shower, and there is a separate WC.

The current housemates estimate that they pay an additional £70/month each on average for their bills, including internet.
