We have 1 large double bedroom now available to rent in a bright spacious clean and friendly house in Chichester. Room available from March 2018

We are looking for single occupancy only - no exceptions.

There are 4 large double rooms in the main house . Each room is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe, desk & Chair, sofa and draws.

There are 2 main bathrooms in the house for 4 rooms to share and 2 separate WCs.
Plus a separate self contained loft room

There is a large kitchen complete with dining area with table and chairs. There is also a breakfast bar. There are 2 large fridge freezers for the tenants to share.

The housemates will all have access to internet which is included in the rent.

There are 2 car parking spaces on the driveway and plenty of roadside parking.

The house also has a rear garden and the landlord has organised a secure bike shed.

The house is in a good central location with only a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre. Local train station is within walking distance. There are local shops around the corner co-op butchers and chemist. Easy access to the A27/M27/A3

The other rooms are let to professionals.
