A nicely furnished room in a 2 bedroom cottage in the centre of Chichester. This is a relaxed and friendly house and I would never expect you to be confined to your room. I am regularly away on business so you will have the run of the house. I want this to feel like your home as well as mine.
The rental includes all household bills, however an agreed contribution towards sundries such as washing tablets, toilet roll etc is required.
A cleaner comes in once a week, so all cleaning is taken care of.
I also have a dog Lottie a Chocolate Labrador is friendly & you are more than welcome to join Lottie & I on a walk.
The house is really well located in an extremely peaceful area, but also very close to Chichester. Just a 5 minute walk and you are on Pagham Nature Reserve and a 15 minutes bus journey to the centre of Chichester
I am fully Covid vaccinated and would that any future tenants are as well.
