We have a delightful, freshly decorated good sized single room available from 1st December. You would be sharing our fully self contained annexe with two others who work office hours around Chichester. It’s a very friendly household, fairly quiet, so we’re looking for someone who wants the same. Once you are settled in we rarely go into the annexe, only for occasional maintenance and to deliver post etc.

The room is on the ground floor and has a new fitted carpet, plenty of storage and a single bed, also a wardrobe, chair, bedside table and a series of built in shelved cupboards.

The fully self contained annexe is attached to our house and has all its own facilities including its own front door. It has wifi, gas central heating, a first floor shower room, kitchen and a dining room with table and chairs. The fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave, oven and hob and there is a vacuum cleaner and iron etc. The rent includes all bills including gas, electricity, council tax, wifi, and there are no admin fees.

The property is in a convenient location just over a mile to Chichester. There is a bus stop across the road, Fishbourne railway station is only a few minutes' walk and we have street parking in a side lane. .
