We are a host family providing a rare opportunity of a small annex in central Chichester. The small detached garden studio is fully furnished and has the added bonus of a small sunny courtyard.

We are in a quiet central area. Just a short 4min stroll into East Street to near by food shops, cafes and restaurants. Near by bus stop, 10 min walk to train station, college and uni. Car not needed due to central location. No off road parking provided so ideal for someone who uses a bike/public transport or walks.

Who we are looking for:
A Non Smoker, you will need to be respectful, quiet, clean and tidy person with a happy positive outlook.

Host family services:
We will be on hand to help you settle in. As a host family we are here to support your success. We can provide you with additional services a weekly fresh sheets and towel service, cleaning and laundry service also available (for addtitional fee). Electricity is on a metre and is powered by a 'green' energy provider. Internet via a wifi.
You will share our utilty room for laundry.
