Double bedroom available from the 21st of feb for 500pcm. Please contact me between the times of 9am and 8pm. The photo makes the room look smaller than it is (in my opinion) so viewings are advised. The furniture will no be the same either as dean will be moving his room downstairs and the furniture from downstairs will be moved up.

This is a large house with a lovely big garden. A decent size and looking kitchen, with a shared bathroom pulse extra toilet room. The master bedroom also has it's own bathroom. This house is fully furnished and will include all furniture kitchen goods such and cutlery ect. As well as a washing machine and fridge freezer. Driveway parking as well as on street parking aviable.

The house has just been purchased and some renovations will take place such as new carpets kitchen ect however we will give you lots of notice for this.

This house is a shared house idealy for 21 and over, its preferred as a long term let but short term would be considered. I live next door and have rented the house as rooms for some time. My partner has just decided to purchase the house and 'take over' renting the rooms. He does live in the house although as you can imagine he is mostly over my side. so more often than not one of us is only a knock on the door away :)

water and sewage, council tax, wifi and tv licence is included in the price but gas and electric is not.

On average you would look at spending around 20-40 for gas and electric but this is a rough guide.

The house is a really good size with most of the house having been recently redecorated, and new flooring down stairs. The house is clean and comftable but is very basic at the moment, although as stated we are working on improvements slowly.
