Large Double Room with en-suite shower & TV

Double room available in a friendly home. The household is currently 2 females and 1 male. We also have a dog and cats.

The room is suitable for a student or professional.

Happy to consider a Mon-Fri let and the rent would be reduced to £600/month. Sorry no couples.

The large south facing room is light and airy with a sash window looking out onto the south-facing garden. The room has its own en-suite with a powerful shower, toilet & basin. There is a small SMART TV with internet access and a ceiling fan. A desk is available if required.

The room is cleaned every week and I can supply bed linen and towels if needed.

WiFi is available in all rooms and all bills are included.

You have free use of the kitchen, with a cupboard, shelves in the fridge, a drawer in the freezer and use of the washing machine. We also have a dishwasher.

You are welcome to use the garden and there is space to store a bike. The occasional guest is allowed but we would expect you to arrange this in advance.

We are a non-smoking household and would like a non-smoker (rather than a smoker who doesn't smoke inside).

We are located 5 mins walk from the railway station and 10 mins to the city centre. We are close to the Nuffield gym and the cinema and restaurants at Chichester Gate with easy access to the A27. The Chichester Canal tow path is at the end of our road.

A reference is required and Photo ID such as a passport/driving licence.
