All bills are included and an unlimited usage of wifi, it offers a nice kitchen fully equipped, a spacious and very clean sharing bathroom. The house is walkable by: 5 mins to Chichester University, 15mins to town centre, 20mins to train station and Chichester College and a bus stop (bus number 50) is just across the road.
