Two double and a single room to let in friendly house in Mumford Place Chichester.
The room is furnished with a bed wardrobe desk and chair and has just been decorated
You must complete a tenancy check for us and carried out by the NLA.
Most bills are included including broadband but the gas and electricity is shared by way of key meter equally among eat the other tenants.
We do have a cleaner and Gardner to keep the communal areas clean and tidying usable, but you are expected to help keep the house clean and tidy after yourself.

The double rooms which are available are for single occupancy only
It is furnished and is of a good size .This is a friendly house with all the tenants getting on well with each other so we are looking for like minded social people to join them
