This is a friendly household, who often socialise together and enjoy cooking, eating and drinking. They are all professionals in their 20s and 30s. Current household includes: Trainee pharmacist/carer, water sports instructor, restaurant chain administrator, NHS administrator, and Rolls Royce catering manager. They have a mixture of interests including music, running, water sports, baking, computer and board gaming & playing guitar. They often BBQ together in the summer and watch TV in the evenings. They have the opportunity to be involved in choosing any new housemates, which makes this a very well-matched, happy household.

The house is about 10 minutes walk south of the train station.

We are looking for an easy going, fairly tidy, considerate, professional person to join this relaxed household.

ALL bills are inclusive - gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license, Broadband & Sky TV. Also, a cleaner visits fortnightly to service the common areas of the property at no cost to the tenants.

The landlord is an accredited National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) member and the property is managed in accordance with their high standards for the private rental sector. There is excellent response time for repairs and maintenance, and the landlord is committed to constantly making renewals and improvements to keep the house in fabulous condition and excellent decorative repair.

You will be provided with a contract and your deposit will be protected in a government approved scheme. The house has been accredited by the local council and has the highest level of compliance for fire safety. There are no hidden costs or arrangement fees.

Please Note: Our rooms are not allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis. We will hold a number of viewings and will then select a candidate to be offered the room. We will choose the most suitable applicant for our landlord clients, based on financial/employment information. When making an offer of a room, we will also consider who would be the most suitable addition to an existing household. That decision will be based upon any express preferences of the existing housemates, including age, gender and hobbies/interests.
