We have a single en-suite room available. The room has great storage which includes 4 door wardrobe, large shelving, bedside table and small cabinet. It overlooks the rear of the property and as such is quiet.

The house is very conveniently placed for walking or cycling to/from Rolls-Royce or the hospital as well as being close to the town centre. It is very close to Lidl, Sainsbury and the shops around them. So, although parking is available, it would suit someone who does not drive. Secure bike storage is available.

The house is presented to a very high standard and has exceptional facilities and good communal space. It complies with all legal requirements. Accreditation is an endorsement of quality.

There is a shared kitchen and living spaces. Kitchen facilities include 2 large fridge/freezers, 2 washing machines and 2 ovens. There is also a water softener, which has huge benefits for minimising cleaning, use of washing powders etc and health. The facilities are provided so no one need feel crowded or has to wait their turn.

All bills and wireless high speed broadband are included.

This is a very clean and quiet house, with a friendly environment.

We are very conscientious live out landlords (father and daughter) who like a well kept home that makes communal living easy. We are seeking a tidy, clean living, non smoking individual, who must have respect/awareness for others in terms of noise and cleanliness of communal space.

Unfortunately this house is not suitable for couples.
