We have a beautiful, big double bedroom with its own bathroom and attached living room in an awesome three-bedroom house.

Location
The house is located in a very convenient and quiet location. It’s about 10-15 minutes walking distance from both Crawley and Three Bridges Train Stations. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away that can take you to the airport and just 5 minutes away from the motorway if you drive. There is also a Tesco express nearby open till 11 pm.

The room
The room is very big, fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a large mirror, and a desk. It has two big windows with plenty of light all day. Outside the room is a big bathroom, which it’s going to be used only by you.

The house
It’s a big two-floor house with a good-sized garden at the back. There are 3 rooms in the house. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a toilet, a storage room, a good-sized kitchen with plenty of space, a dining table with 6-chairs, and the back door with access to the garden. There are plenty of pots and pans and all the needed stuff. We also have a Nespresso machine 😊

On the first floor, it’s your room, your bathroom, and the main big living room, which is used only from you.

On the second floor, there are 3 rooms (one of them is the storage room) and a bathroom. One room is en-suite, so each one of us has his/her own bathroom.

The parking
There is allocated parking space which comes with the room.

Rental Details
The rent for the room is £540 plus bills, which are usually around £120 per person monthly, and they include electricity, gas, water, internet connection, and council tax. The deposit is £540 and there will be a 6-month contract. There are no extra fees, but the landlord will ask you to send him a copy of your passport and a bank statement.
The move-in day is flexible and we are looking for someone to move at the beginning of April.

The house is really nice and clean and we try to keep it in good condition. It’s not a party house and we are looking for a professional male or female to join us in the house. You will be sharing the house with a couple from Greece.
