C and bathroom with power shower as well as a well appointed living room. The rear garden is well maintained with BBQ and dining area, ‘sun trap’ patio area with water feature and lawned area.
The only thing a potential tenant needs to bear in mind is that I have three very friendly dogs so please do not apply if you are not a dog lover.
