I run my catering company from home but I'm out delivering/shopping for supplies most of the day and out most evenings so the front room is mainly yours.
It's a 2-3 minute walk to the train station with a convenience shop same distance.
The locals are really friendly and some of the sweetest people I've met!
I'm pretty flexible with who comes to share with me and easy going in general, if you are ok with my cat, you're fine for me.
