There is easy off road parking although there is a bus stop nearby. The bus runs 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes to the town centre ,Manor Royal and Gatwick airport.( NO.10 Bus)

There is a large lounge downstairs with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a tumbler dryer .Upstairs there is a bathroom, with corner bath, a power shower and loo , plus another separate loo.
There is full gas central heating and the house is very clean and tidy.
The room has a very comfortable double bed and full new bedding is included.
There is fast free WIFI and all bills are included in the rent of £470 per calendar month.
The house has been inspected by Crawley Council and exceeds their requirements .

All the guys in the house are great, and I would willing share my own house with them, however if after a month , you feel the house isn't for you, then you may leave and your deposit returned in full.
