We have a lovely garden room becoming available in this friendly house.

The available room has direct access on to the garden. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers.

The location of the house is ideal for those working at Gatwick, or in the town centre; it's very close to Fastway buses 10 and 20 which run all hours of the day and night to Gatwick. The house is within walking distance of the local shops, bus routes, leisure centre etc.
Your housemates are professionals working in various roles: crew, audiology, hospitality, etc

The room rate includes all bills and unlimited fibre broadband .... so no need to worry about fighting over who pays what... because we've got it covered.

There is a large communal kitchen and lounge. We have just had a brand new beautiful bathroom installed, and there is another separate shower room and WC too. We've also recently had a new boiler installed, so ample hot water and heating. In addition there is a utility room with a freezer, storage and a tumble dryer.

If you are concerned about messy house mates then you will love the fact that your rent includes weekly cleaning of the common areas! What's not to like?

Landlords, Pam and Tania, are very attentive and maintain the property, dealing with any issues promptly. Our aim is to create stylish homes for our tenants to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you to this fabulous property.
