I have a lovely, newly decorated and newly carpeted double bedroom for rent, with a new and private bathroom next to it, for your use only. There is a beautiful view of Ashdown Forest from your desk window.
There is a comfortable double bed and a super, clean bathroom for your use only with a Victorian style roll-top bath and shower head attached to the taps. There is basic cooking equipment so that you can be self-contained (fridge, microwave, kettle). If you like cooking a lot, this might NOT be for you!

Entry is through the house front door which leads immediately to the stairs to your ensuite, but otherwise the accommodation is private, self-contained and separate from the rest of the house.
I am looking for a respectful (preferably) female in full time work who wants to be fairly private and self-contained.
I am a busy and active newly-retired professional with three adult children who live away, but who occasionally come home. I really like and get on well with young people. I would like a friendly relationship with the lodger, although the living arrangements are separate (as described) and I don't have time for lots of chatting!

There is a pleasant and nice sized patio and garden available, and plenty of space for parking.
