I have a double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat a 15 minute walk to the centre of East Grinstead. The flat is within walking distance of the town centre, supermarkets and the train station. Room comes with an allocated parking space.
The flat is on the top floor (2 flights of stairs) and is just off London Road, but very quiet even when the road is busy.
It is a small double fully furnisehd with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. It will have exclusive use of the shower room (across the hall). The flat is fully furnished, to a high quality and will be in a ready to move in state.
All bills are included in the rent - gas/electric, council tax, Sky Fibre broadband and Sky TV, TV License.
About me, I am a 24 year old architectural assistant, I will be studying part time for my masters come September. I am easy going, tidy and respectful. I am looking for a like minded flatmate who can be sociable but also respectful of space.
