I'm looking for a housemate to rent the
double bed room in my flat.
The room is freshly decorated and furnished with a large wardrobe, double ottoman TV bed, bedside table, draws, bedside tables and desk (loads of storage!)
The flat itself is behind Aldi, so a 2 minute walk to Aldi. 7 minute walk to the station and 10 minute walk into town. There is almost always parking available on the road outside, but failing that there is a large car park which is free in the evenings.
I'm big on gadgets so the flat also benefits from having most things connected to Alexa. We have a robot vacuum cleaner, smart bulbs, smart scales and a projector giving us a 100inch tv screen.
I'm 32, I work for Nespresso (Oh, we have a coffee machine too!), and I play lacrosse.
I'm looking for a friendly, tidy person to rent the room to.
