Double Room Available in a Shared House

A comfortable double room in Ashurstwood will be available from October 10th.

This very spacious room that faces the back garden, includes an inbuilt cupboard and two large cupboards.

The house itself is a 15 minute walk from Forest Row and a 25 minute walk to East Grinstead. If you have a car you can park it in front of the garage or on the side of the road. There is a shared bike garage available to use.

We both work full time and spend most evenings at the house or go out with friends and family. We enjoy Music, Football and nights out in the village.

There is a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and conservatory. Outside we have a front and back garden (gate in back garden leads onto the recreation ground), and a shared garage and shed.

Kitchen: Washing machine, oven, grill, microwave and fridge.
Bathroom: Shower/Bath.

The occupant must be clean, tidy and respectful that we are sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom and conservatory.
