1 Month Sublet - 1 Bed Flat - Available June 2022

I'm looking for a subletter for my lovely one bed flat in a great location in East Grinstead for the month of June as I'll be away working on a project. I'm looking for someone who will enjoy the space and take good care of it while I'm not there.

The flat is a quiet, peaceful place filled with art. There's one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a well-stocked kitchen and a separate living room with a sofa and dining table as well as a desk.

Amenities include high-speed internet, free parking on the premises and a washer/dryer.

The flat is one of several in a house with friendly, considerate neighbours and there are many wonderful green spaces nearby, including a little garden behind the house and the duck pond and playing fields just across the road.

The Kings Leisure centre is also next door, with a pool, gym and a full programme of classes.

The high street with its shops pubs and cafes is a five minute walk away.

Only a ten-minute walk to East Grinstead train station with direct services to London Victoria. 15-20 minutes by car to Gatwick airport. The beautiful Ashdown Forest is nearby.

Bills come to £230 per month and include gas, electricity, wifi, council tax and water.

The flat is available from 24 May until the end of June. The days in May are included free of charge for the right person!
