My house is two bedroom cottage in East Preston, about 15 mins from Angmering station.
12 mins walk to the gorgeous beach.
I have just started my midwifery training at Brighton Uni, so am studying full time, whilst also working one day a week as a mental health nurse in Brighton.
I am looking for a friendly, sociable person who I can share my lovely home with. Happy to spend nights in cooking delicious meals and drinking wine with friends, but also like to have quiet time.
The house is cosy, so important for us to get on and respect each other’s space.
I am very clean (although can be a little messy, but this is often kept to my bedroom!). I would ask the person I share with to also clean up after themselves!
The room is partly furnished, but if you have your own stuff things can be moved. You will need to bring your own bed, it will only fit a double.
There is a lovely little west facing patio garden, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening!
The bathroom is downstairs which I know doesn’t suit everyone..
