Hi I am a thirty seven year old man, looking for a flatmate. I'm currently unemployed, I intend to stay unemployed so I’ll be at the flat usually. I currently get up, run, exercise then sleep. Watch tele, listen to music and read. The area is great, sea views from the flat, view of The South Downs too. Professionals look after the courtyard, stairs, waste removal everything outside the flats. Its a maisonette, two floors, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, balcony dinning/living room kitchen - washer dryer fridge freezer dishwasher oven grill downstairs. The garage is too small for cars but good for bikes, there is parking behind a barrier around the flats. It is in the center of East Wittering which is great, right by a pub no noise.
