Double room in Seaside Flat

My housemate is moving in with his partner so I'm looking for someone to take his room. You would have a midsize double room with a built in wardrobe. The flat's best feature is its location, it's right on the beach front with views out over the water to the Isle of Wight. Because of this, it would be perfect for anyone into water sports or chilling on the beach (there's a garage for storing kayaks or boards or whatever).

Rent is £425 a month, with bills on top it usually ends up around £500ish.

There's private parking and a communal garden area but we have our own little patio.

I'll be refurnishing the flat as most of the furniture belongs to my housemate. I've bought a new sofa and rug which are being delivered soon. Plus there will be a new TV, table and coffee table soon.

I work Monday to Friday 0800-1600 as a ranger for Chichester Harbour Conservancy. On weekends I'm often away in Brighton. I will have friends round to stay some weekends too, obviously you'd be more than welcome to have friends stay as well.
