By car the centre of Worthing is only 15 mins away, Arundel also 15 mins, Chichester and Brighton 30 mins. The regular bus route is a minute walk and the nearest train station only 10-15 mins walk.
The house has good facilities including a new kitchen and open plan living area, large south-facing garden, washing machine, off-raod parking and wifi.
