My house is right next to the most beautiful stretch of beach in peaceful west Worthing. The station is 1 mile away, and Worthing town centre is very easy to walk or drive to. I have 2 rooms which are available for rent, and these 2 double bedrooms have their own shared bathroom and are away from the other bedrooms. If 1 person would like to rent both rooms, I would accept £800 for the use of both. The house is a 1930s property which has a cottagy feel and spacious rooms.
